Having worked on a number of projects that have required high levels of security clearance for Federal and State Governments and international IT companies we are able to demonstrate a high degree of trust and integrity to all clients.

Asbestos  Removal

Millennium's vast  experience  includes the management  of projects involving  both  bonded  and  friable  asbestos. Using AS1 certified  and accredited asbestos removal contractors in conjunction with NATA accredited air monitoring consultants and occupational hygienists we ensure that all works are completed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, standards and legislation. 

 

Demolition

We  use  specialised  contractors  for  any  demolition  works and  we  ensure  that any environmental concerns are addressed before commencement of works. Where possible a high percentage of items are recycled and we provide a waste register to  display these items. 

 

Electrical  and  Data

High and low voltage works are subcontracted to fully licensed contractors who provide a high standard of work.

 

Plumbing

All plumbing works, including roof plumbing, draining, stormwater, sewage and gas are subcontracted to fully accredited and experienced contractors.

 

Excavation and Roadwork

Undertaken by our experienced and fully licensed subcontractors, all excavation and roadworks are completely to the highest possible standard. Various safeguards and precautions are followed to ensure personnel safety.

 

Concrete & Block Work

Experienced in the use of concrete in civil, government and commercial works across Sydney and NSW, our policies and

procedures ensure a quick, tidy and safe pour and build. With strict protocols in place concerning the environment, we ensure that all works have a low environmental impact.

 

Metal Fabrication

Specializing in high quality custom made metal fabrications our sub-contractors are able to provide a wide range of services.

 

Fire Services

Our extensive fire and security experience and the engagement of highly skilled sub-contractors ensures all work is completed to up-to-date codes.

 

Painting

All painting works are completed to AS/NZL standards and our sub-contractors follow stringent environmental controls throughout the duration of the works.

 

Air-conditioning

Millennium Carpentry uses fully licenced electricians and air conditioning mechanics. Our contractors are also certified by the ARC (Australian Refrigeration Council) with a refrigeration trading authorisation and refrigerant handling licence. All works are carried out in accordance with AS3000 and all other current legislative and industry requirements.

 

Traffic Control

Our fully licensed Traffic Controllers have the know-how required to manage every traffic control aspect of a project. Our traffic solutions are tailored to suit the needs of the client on both short and long term projects. We can produce extremely high quality and detailed traffic control plans and organise permits with council to ensure less downtime on your project.
